W.O.W {#19}

Summer is so soon! Time to kick it into high{ER} gear and feel confident. These next few weeks I am going to share some of my favorite exercises! Let me tell you this, I did the exercise below 4 times and I was feeling it.
 


Today for W.O.W. we will start with those beautiful ABS. They are made in the kitchen, very true, however putting a little work into them in the gym will help.

30 V-ups

60 bicycles

30 weighted sit- ups

60 flutter kicks

30 toe touches 

60 mountain climbers

¼ mile SPRINT


Do this FOUR times.
