W.O.W {#6}


Last Wednesday my friend Allie and I took a Yoga class. To say I enjoyed it 100% would be lying.

I didn't not enjoy it, It just wasn't amazing. But what I did love about it is I felt good after. I felt semi relaxed and better about myself.

Yesterday I set goals, one is to go to yoga weekly.

I thought today for W.O.W. I would share a little yoga:






I am going to try to do 1 yoga class a week but I also want to try to do nightly yoga before bed.

Relax, take a deep breath and enjoy some YOGA!
