I have been using my
crockpot a lot lately because it makes life so much easier {last week I made a creamy chicken chili recipe and a reader made it and LOVED it!} This week I made a
yummy crockpot white chicken chili recipe!
White Chicken Chili:
Three chicken breasts
Two cans green chilies (undrained)
Two cans northern beans
One large onion
1 (14.5 oz.) can chicken
broth
Two t. ground cumin
Clean and cut chicken and
place at the bottom of the crockpot. Add all other ingredients and cook on low
for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3. To know it is done the chicken will be easy to shred.
Toppings: sour cream,
cheese, salsa
For 500g it is .7f, 21.2c,
22p
