Get Your Sweat On

Yesterday I did this QUICK workout and it worked my total body. I was sweating and burning! I did it twice and it took about 23 minutes. You could do it as many times as you want!

Quick Total Body:
10-second push-up
20-second mountain climbers
30-second burpees
40-second Russian twists
50-second butt kicks
60-second sit-ups
70-second jumping squats
80-second dips
90-second high knees
100-second plank

Rest 10-seconds in between each exercise and at the end rest for 90-seconds. REPEAT TWICE.
