W.O.W {#3}


Welcome back to another week of WORKOUT WEDNESDAY.

Last week we talked ABS and the week before we talked CARDIO + some extras. Be sure to check them out!

Today we are working those legs. Get ready to feel the burn!

1 minute wall sit
40 squats - - regular
15 lunges - - each leg, regular
40 calf raises with feet straight out
40 squats - - sumo (wide)
15 lunges - - each leg, jumping
40 calf raises with toes pointed out (think penguin)
40 squats – low, stay low to the ground in the sumo position and pulse
40 calf raises with toes pointed in
1 minute wall sit


I unfortunately wasn’t able to get some pictures taken for this weeks WOW. So sorry! So I grabbed this one from online so you can see what each exercise above is. I promise those embarrassing pictures will be back next week! {a week that’s ONLY dedicated to stretching : ) }

Stretch!
Find a wall and stretch your calf - - 1 minute each leg
Stand and bend leg to hold ankle – 1 minute each leg.
