100 Challenge

Happy Wednesday! This week is cruising along and I could not be more excited. I am SO anxious for Sunday to roll around so I can lace up my running shoes to run 26.2 miles.

My exercises have not gone as planned this week (what is new? Ha!). Monday I went to boot camp, Tuesday I ran, today I did the 100 challenge, tomorrow I will run, Friday rest, Saturday super EZ 2 mile run. SUNDAY RACE DAY. WHOOP WHOOP.


100 Challenge

100 of each of the following:
Push-ups
Squats
Lunges (each leg)
Crunches
Dips
Plank for 100 seconds

You could do 100 of one then move to the next or break it up. I like to break it up into 20-20-20-20-20.


This took me about 25 minutes and I was sweating!
