W.O.W. {#29}

Working upper body is one of my favorites! Add in some quick cardio movements and you have a great workout.
 


Dips

Pushups

Burpees

Side plank – tricep extension {1 minute each side}

Speedy feet

Plank – row – to tricep extension {1 minute L 1 minute R}


Mountain climbers



Do each movement for 1 minute {unless stated otherwise} 3Xs
