Who doesn’t want a perfect butt? I don’t think there is one
person in this world who doesn’t want a little junk in the trunk.
I always had a super flat butt until I started working out
and squatting. My butt has since grown but it isn’t where I want it to be! So I
continue to find exercises to get a better butt.
I tried this at the gym and boy did I feel it! I like to do
a little more and extra than what they say. Give it a try, challenge yourself
to do it daily, you never know, in one month you could look like Kim K.! Ha!
