Workout Wednesday FUN

I have a little workout Wednesday for you that KILLED me. I did this sprint set Monday and it was intense, because the sprints are not short they are longer. Then I did this AB and JJ set after in my apartment thinking I did not need to put workout clothes on. Um hello sweat!


When I am sprinting I have to prep myself so much. I pretty much tell myself how amazing, awesome, beautiful, fit and strong I am for the whole 2:00 minutes. Then when I go back to running the 6.0 pace it feels like heaven. 



Then the stuff you do not think will burn or cause a sweat…. Those ABS had me whining like a baby by the end.
