Total Body Workout Without Weights

Today I tried some newer moves for my workout, and they were really fun. I love to get creative and do new things. This workout does not involve weights, but it is still a challenge!

Do each exercise for 1 minute and then rest for 1 minute, repeat four times.

Squat Jack

Extended Frogger hops (with ball)

Rope swings (standard, then move forward, and then left to right)

Extended plank (on ball)

Push-ups (extended on the ball) These are SOO tricky. First get the balance, and then try for a few. I fell over a few times

Hamstring curls (with ball)
