Protein Waffles

I made some super delicious protein waffles this weekend. They are simple and very filling!


Gluten Free Protein Waffles –
2 eggs
1/3 cup GF oatmeal {I found mine at TJ’s}
1 scoop protein powder {20g}
1/3 cup cottage cheese
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon


Put all of the ingredients into a blender then onto the waffle iron. So delicious! I either top with fruit or syrup. 

Macros for the whole batch:
Fat 13g
Carbs 30g
Protein 35g
